my progress
Each time you sign-in, you will be brought directly to the "my progress" page.
As you can see in the sample screen below, the my progress page includes three
areas that display a user's program information:
- program status
Indicates which session the user is in and how many diaries have been
completed for the current week. In addition, the user's current sleep
schedule and last week's sleep efficiency score is presented.

These charts tell the user how their sleep efficiency has improved
over the course of the program as well as how much time they are spending awake
throughout the night.

Am I staying on track?
This section will highlight any areas of the program that the user is doing
well and areas in which the user may need to pay attention to including their
sleep schedule and diary completion.
my sessions
The my session page is shown below, and it is the main page for
moving through the steps associated with each sessions.
Each session follows the same general flow and will include the following
steps:

Introduction:
This will include a brief page to review where the user is in the program.

Gathering Information:
At the beginning of each session, we will ask additional questions to customize
the session content for the user.

Review Your Sleep Schedule:
Each week, the user's sleep schedule will be evaluated and recommendations to
change that schedule are provided.

Session Learning Content:
Learning about insomnia and the various behavior change strategies is one
of the most important parts of this program. Each learning topic is
cutomized for the user based on the answers they provide in the Gathering
Information step so the program is customized specifically for YOU!

Homework: Weekly homework suggestions are provided to help users stay on
track with the program. Homework may include keeping the sleep schedule,
and using the Sleep Diary as well as other strategieis such as
relaxation and cognitive exercises to reduce anxiety and stress.
my sleep diary
The Sleep Diary page is where users enter their daily sleep information to
allow the program to track their progress. The Sleep Diary includes
10 brief questions to be completed daily. A sample of a diary page is presented
below.
