Insomnia Self-help Tour

The online program is divided into three main sections:
  • my progress
  • my sessions
  • my sleep diary

Each of these sections are described below.

Navigation between each of these pages is as simple as clicking on the tab at the top of the application window.

my progress

Each time you sign-in, you will be brought directly to the "my progress" page.

As you can see in the sample screen below, the my progress page includes three areas that display a user's program information:

  • program status
Indicates which session the user is in and how many diaries have been completed for the current week.  In addition, the user's current sleep schedule and last week's sleep efficiency score is presented.
  • my progress
These charts tell the user how their sleep efficiency has improved over the course of the program as well as how much time they are spending awake throughout the night.
  • Am I staying on track?
This section will highlight any areas of the program that the user is doing well and areas in which the user may need to pay attention to including their sleep schedule and diary completion.
